Returns & Right of Withdrawal – Kohone
If the product is in good condition, customers have the right to cancel the purchase made online within 14 days of receiving the order.
To exercise this right, the product must be kept in its original condition and packaging. However, if the item is damaged or defective through no fault of the customer, the right to a refund remains valid.
Please note: if the item has been unboxed or tested to verify its functionality, this may reduce its value, but it does not invalidate your right to request a return or refund.

The product will not be accepted for return if any of the following components are missing:
- Fully equipped product and accessories
- Receipt proving the purchase from the Kohone online store
- Warranty card
- A defect report issued by the service department
